A good spot in TriBeCa.
- What did you like most?It was very stylish and in a great location. The cafe and restaurant on the ground floor were really good, (no decaf though).
- Was there anything you didn't like?The room was very small, even for NY. Also, the hotel took $800 from me instead of the advised $200 do the security deposit, and didn’t respond to any calls or emails I sent after my stay. I eventually got the refund 2 weeks later, but still no contact or apology from The Walker. This was an admin issue that was handled very poorly with no customer focus at all. It doesn’t reflect on the overall experience of staying there. Just make sure you check the final bill and bank deductions before you check out.
