Great front staff. Amenities and...
- What did you like most?The location was great and the decor was beautiful. The front desk employees and valets were very nice and very fast. It was very clean.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Really slow service at the pool side bar. The bar seemed to forget about our orders regularly. We didn't order much because it was just too difficult to get our drinks and food. We had to keep going back to follow up on what we ordered. The guy who took our orders didn't write anything down so he had to come back repeatedly to ask us what we ordered again. The blackout curtains don't actually black out the light. It was very bright in our room by 6:00 in the morning. They had construction to set up a giant tent at 6:00 a.m. on a Saturday morning, just big metal poles being banged together right outside our room. This was hotel construction. Not something off site that they couldn't control. Some things in the room just didn't make any sense. For example, the only place to hang a towel in the entire bathroom was right in front of the light switches. It's a beach location. There is nowhere to hang anything to dry besides the solitary hook that blocked the light switches if you used it. The shower enclosure is glass floor to ceiling. There's not even hooks inside of the shower, so if you use a rag there's nowhere to put it. Tried to use the free bikes and they were rusted beyond use. We just handed them back. Gave up on the resort style amenities after that.

- Was there anything you didn't like?Even though the roof bar was cool and the music was good it was a little too loud too late, couldn’t sleep till 1 am and I went there to relax
