Please note that guests are required to present a valid photo ID and a copy of the reservation confirmation upon check in. You must show a valid credit card upon check in. This credit card must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation, and be the same credit card used to make the booking. Disappointing all around. Over priced. Would never stay there again.
- What did you like most?The location is great. Daniel on the front desk - very professional and courteous.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Airconditioning - apparently runs off a sensor noticing you are in the room and does not have any effect when restarting, for 15 - 20 minutes we were advised. In a stuffy room in the summer - this was terrible. With the air conditioner being so called on - we sweated throughout the night. Terrible. Room telephone - we were unable to use as we were not aware that a button must be pressed before it is operational. Nil signs or communication available advising this was required. Therefore, I was required to use my mobile to contact the front desk. Television - required the front desk to come to the room as it needed to be re set as it was not working. No compendium to work out hoe to operate room features.
