- What did you like most?The staff was very nice and helpful throughout my visit. I also found the room to be quite spacious, and the location is great as it is near most places.
- Was there anything you didn't like?I don’t normally leave comments, but given the value of the money spent, I felt it was important to share my experience. Unfortunately, our stay was quite uncomfortable. The bed was far too hard, and the pillows were very poor quality; the moment you lay your head down, they flatten like a pancake. As a result, the bed gave me a backache and the pillows caused neck pain after our first night. Regrettably, we stayed for a total of two nights. Additionally, I was concerned about the cleanliness of the room. I found a lot of hair on the bed when we arrived, which made me unsure if the bedsheets had been changed before our stay. While the staff did change them immediately after I brought it to their attention, it was a very disappointing start to our visit. I hope you find this feedback helpful for future improvements.
