Blood soaked towels
- What did you like most?The location.
- Was there anything you didn't like?They tried charging me $30 for two towels when my husband cut his self shaving but didn't realize it until he wiped his face. He only used one towel to wipe his face not 2 I don't mind paying $5 for a rough towel but I'm not paying $30 I do understand that a hotel can't eat the cost for every guest that does that, I spent 30 yrs as a district manager in hospitality. The general manager left me a very condescending voicemail I'm guessing because I called corporate. At least I called the hotel first.
Bad stay, uncomfortable

- Was there anything you didn't like?The elevator was not working When we arrived. We had to take sour bags using the stairs. They loose the water for almost 2 days and we’re not able to shower. When the water came back, it was cold. No hot water for the next 2-3 days. They only clean the rooms every 2-3 days (this was not in the description) They give you towels if you ask for them, but one of the days they told us that they didn’t have anymore I found 3 cockroaches inside the room. Some medium and others small. So there is infestation. The place needs maintenance and more staff. Was over all a bad experience.
