Poor service forgetting guests and making you wait for nothing

- Was there anything you didn't like?I was confirmed about an ADA room, but when I arrived they said not available? Then had me wait in lobby 1/2 hour said they were checking for bigger room. After 1/2 hour went up to ask what they found and they forgot about us and said nothing available . I reserved 2 rooms. Won’t stay there again. Older Hampton anyway.
