A 2 star hotel
- What did you like most?The hotel was close to Union Square.
- Was there anything you didn't like?The hotel is listed on the platform as a 4-star hotel; however, in reality it does not meet the criteria of this category. Overall, the experience corresponds at most to a 2-star hotel. The rooms are very small. We chose a room with a king-size bed, but the space was extremely limited and not comfortable. The bathroom was also very small, to the point that taking a shower was difficult. In addition, the toilet clogged twice during our stay. The breakfast was disappointing and by no means worthy of a 4-star hotel, as it consisted only of a coffee and a few bagels. Furthermore, valet parking is offered at a cost of $67 per day, which is excessive considering the hotel’s amenities. The carpets in the hallways also had an unpleasant smell, negatively affecting the overall impression of cleanliness. The only positive aspect of the hotel is its location, as it is close to Union Square and Chinatown.
