Room was good for the...
- What did you like most?Room was nice and the TV worked well.
- Was there anything you didn't like?The early morning staff fell asleep and the lobby was closed when breakfast was supposed to be opened. Another staff showed up for her shift and couldn't get in. She made a few calls and finally someone answered and they called the staff that was asleep. The staff that arrived said this happen before and she will ask for her own key. Last a guest was checking out and said he didn't get his wake up call.
