- Was there anything you didn't like?Stayed twice in the same week. First room was very clean and well maintained. Second room the rugs were stained and coming up in an area. Milk was left in the fridge and the fridged leaked and didn’t get very cold. First room was great and for that reason we would return.
DO NOT STAY HERE! YOU WILL REGRET IT! Obnoxious staff, smelly, they don't clean the room, and LIE!
- Was there anything you didn't like?Everything. - RUDE reception staff and manager - refused early check-in - bathroom smells like URINE - didn't clean the room and then gave all sorts of contradictory excuses about why - LIARS - they agreed to a refund through booking.com but then did not issue it and refused to honour the refund confirmation email afterwards
