- What did you like most?Welcoming and helpful staff. Great location for sightseeing, the theatre district was withing easy walking distance; also the British museum was just around the corner. The room was well appointed with everything you'd expect.
- Was there anything you didn't like?The bed was very hard which led to a poor night's sleep. A real shame because other than that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
No bath, fingernail in the carpet

- Was there anything you didn't like?I had searched Booking.com for a room with a bath, and made sure that the room I booked had one, even though it was more expensive than others I was considering. I have chronic pain, and knew that a trip to London would involve a lot of walking, which can be eased by baths. Not only did the room not have one, I could not see any reason for the exorbitant cost. The room could best be described as a “shoebox,” a basement room literally beneath the stairs, with traces of dirt or mold on the walls. There were nails in the wall without decorations, bits of the carpet coming loose, and no way to open the window. Worst of all, it did not appear to have been cleaned properly, as there was a clipped fingernail in the carpet by the bed. I’ve stayed in capsule hotels and multi-person dorms, and somehow this is one of the worst hotels I’ve ever been to. I’ll be requested at least a partial refund, as it was simply not as advertised.
