Very good
Decent stay for an overnight...
- What did you like most?We chose this hotel for an overnight layover stay while flying. We appreciated the shuttle pickup and return to the airport and the breakfast buffet provided. While the property is older rooms were spacious and clean and we didn’t hear any plane noise.
- Was there anything you didn't like?The only issue was upon checking in we were assigned a handicapped accessible room with a queen bed and we had booked a king bed. We were told by front desk that because we booked through booking.com we get “ run of the house “ vs what we requested . I don’t like this policy as I know other hotels do the same. If you book a specific room you should get it. We were told that was the”only room left” and I don’t believe that to be true in that huge hotel. After an hour I went back to the desk ( at 10pm) and made my dissatisfaction clear and they managed to find a king room. I did reply to the hotel manager’s survey after our stay and let her know- she apologized and said she would work with the front desk staff about this. We were advised to contact the property directly after booking to make our requests clear . But again if you book a particular room with Booking or any other 3rd party site you should get what you requested.
